Do I need a car?
Yes. You will need a car. Public transportation outside the metropolitan area is almost non
existent. We have a special discount rate at Alamo Rent a Car which is located at the airport.

There is an airport fee of 11%. Insurance ranges from $17.95 to $19.95 (for a minivan)
In order to request the above rates you should call 1-787-791-1805 and should indicate code
LCS2. The contact person is Mrs. Belén Robledo. Please be advise that you should request
quotations from other car rental companies. I don't have any business or earn commissions
from Alamo.

How far is the beach from the Villa?
The Solimar Community has a gate that is just in front of the Luquillo beach. There is a
walking time of approximately 5 minutes. Also, the "Balneario Luquillo" is just 5 minutes
away in car. Do remember that this Balneario is one of the blue flags around.
What's included?
The Villas include all linens, kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles,
bodyboards, basketball, volleyball, and much more. We also include an adequate supply of
paper tissue, paper towels, soap, hand soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner and more...
How far is Luquillo from the airport?
Luquillo, is about 45-60 minutes away from the airport. I will meet you at the car rental
company to give you the keys, instructions, and specific and detail instructions on who to get
there.
How do I book the Villa?
Once you make up you mind between which Villa is more suitable for you, you should send
me an e-mail to confirm availability. If the Villa requested is available, I will prepare and e-mail
you a contract. You should sign the contract and send it by mail together with the damage
deposit.
How do I make the final payment?
You should pay the rate agreed in cash, money order or certified check. Please remember
that personal checks are not accepted.
How do I get the keys?
As soon as you arrive at the airport, you should call me at my cellular phone. I will meet you at
the car rental company. I will give you the keys and further instructions, and you should make
the total payment in cash, money order, or certified checks (us dollars).
Do we have internet access?
So far, only Villa #69 is internet ready, however, we are planning to add internet to the other
properties in the future. The internet at Villa #69 is provided by LibertyCablevision.
Is parking available?
Yes, the property has plenty parking space and you will park in the porch of the Villa.
