Solimar Beach Villa #69

 

1. Please, conserve electricity during your visit. Do not leave the doors open with the air conditioner running.

2. Do not leave the Villa with the air conditioner running.

3. Remember that you need your key to open the gate to the swimming pool and to the beach (pool is closed on Thursdays).

4. The water heater should be turn on upon arrival. The switch is located at the second floor, inside a door at the hallway.

5. You can use the bicycles at your own risk. We have no responsibility for damages or
accidents. You can leave them outside the house without locking them. Please check tire air and breaks before use.

6. Please return the basketball and / or volleyball after use.

7. You can use the bodyboards but please remember:
• A bodyboard is not a lifesaving device, you must always be able to swim well enough to return to shore.
• Never ride alone.
• Watch weather conditions.
• Children who ride should always be supervised by a competent adult swimmer.

8. Do not use the washing machine and dryer at the same time!!! It will trip the breaker.

9. You are not allow to rearrange the furniture and fixtures.

10. Please fill the visitor’s log.

11. Upon final departure, please leave the keys inside and lock the door.
